I don't know if this applies to me, so I will explain. My father abused me for many years. When I was 16, he tried to kill me with a shotgun. After that, I moved out (for my safety). I started living with my godfather. We tried to hang many times, but I just never could reconcile that. Almost two years go by then, and he comes to me asking if I can still hang out with him. I told him no, and he said, "A bullet sounds really good right now." I never spoke to him again. I think I forgave him since I never retaliated or wanted to. Oh, I forgot, he was an alcoholic and got drunk and decided to kick me out of the house for no reason. That's why he wanted to talk with me that last time. Anyway, i hope you are all doing alright. Also, I had thought about whether "should I have given up on my dad"? today then this video popped up. Algorithms are weird, right?

This was completely useless, and no, God's grace is not remotely sufficient to offset this pain. I'd say I want to die, but knowing that there is no sex in heaven for all of eternity tells me that as horrible as this life may get, it's still infinitely better than what awaits me in "heaven". It's not God's grace that's keeping me from eating a bullet to escape this pain, it's his threat of what awaits me when I inevitably die. All this does is reinforce my belief that God is cruel.

I got a guy insisting he wants a relationship with me . I have no intention there is nothing wrong with him his nice he is very nice to me. Ask me questions about me. Involved in me. But I don't want a relationship with anyone I like being independent and free. I was married at very young age. That never worked. Yes I b dated. I have family friends co worker my son.but this guy is trying so hard to have a relationship love relationship I keep saying no but he won't give up. I love my life great job . Doing things being with my son. I date once in a while. And no I don't sleep around. Some ppl say oh he likes you but I don't want a life I won't like I don't need a man to be happy. I was very happy after it ended. But this guy just won't give up. He a christian man. He has it all but I not miserable

Back when I was starting to rededicate my life to following Jesus and reading my Bible consistently and getting His word written on my heart I was getting confused about several things. Especially error filled and false doctrine. I'd ask God to send me RUclips videos by people who know the Bible and His truth and he always did. He'd specifically send videos with scriptural evidence that would tell me the truth so the lies would be discredited. Now I know my Bible well enough to see if someone is lying to me or twisting God's word. God is so faithful.

I broke her heart twice, both times because I wasn't ready, but I knew I had a deep connection with her and it seemed like God really led us to each other especially because I asked God..."you pick her Lord." We met on eharmony a month after that prayer. Even though I was still recovering from a divorce and some legal issues hanging over head, I knew she was special... Well, I blew it. She has more fear of me than her love is for me. As my circumstances changed drastically in my favor, thank you Lord, I reached out to her, we talked for a month, I answered all her questions honestly, but in the end she wasn't willing to take another chance. I believe third time's a charm. But she didn't, maybe she wasn't the one after all, but Lord I sure do miss her. She blocked me from her contact list so I won't be receiving proper closure, it's just hard that's all. If anyone reads this, thank you for your time. I love you Angela.

It is cowardly and you are right, sinful, to ghost someone that was showing all indication of interest towards you. It takes an ungenuine and selfish person to just leave without acknowledging why. I compare it to abandonment...you actually mourn the loss, and grieve deeply. It can be very traumatic for some, and cause issues in future relationships if not addressed correctly. I hurt, but I know my Father loves me and will never forsaken me. Embracing that will help you move forward in a new mindset.
